We strongly believe that all people should have the opportunity to practice yoga, regardless of financial limitations.

Our monthly Accessible Yoga Flow at @asccnashua gives the Nashua community a chance to roll out their mats in one of the most welcoming and inclusive spaces our little city has to offer, free of charge.

Join us on select Saturdays of the month in April, May, and August through December for a 60-minute, Slow Flow yoga class.

We will always hold space for you!

Sama & Sketches

this september, Two Moons is hosting Sama & Sketches — an autumn equinox pop-up where you’ll move through a grounded yoga flow, then settle into stillness while local artist, Gina Guu [@sketchesbygina] paints your watercolor portrait.

sama is a Sanskrit word for balance — and the equinox is the one moment of the year when the scales actually tip even. we want to meet that moment with intention.

you’ll leave with your portrait in hand.

Inked Intention

Join Ari + Leah for an afternoon that moves from breath to symbol to skin. We’ll open with yoga to settle in and drop into what you’re actually carrying — then move into sigil creation, distilling that intention into a mark of your own design. From there, Allie & Anna from Sage Ink Collective, will ink your sigil, making it permanent.

This is a full ritual arc, practice through permanent mark — come ready to leave with it on your skin.

Candlelit Gentle Flow & Sound

Winter Solstice

As the year tips toward its longest night, we gather to slow down and rest into the dark.

This is a candlelit yin practice — long holds, supported shapes, space to soften. We’ll move through a guided meditation and close in sound, letting the vibrations settle us into stillness.

No experience necessary. Please bring your own mat and props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) — anything that helps you feel supported and makes the floor feel like home.

Went to a class at NHPR in Concord. Loved the whole experience from the yoga class, to the sound bath, to getting an iced coffee from Sun's Up Coffee and finally a tour of the NHPR studio by Zoe.

Had the best time yesterday at the yoga class hosted at NHPR. The weather was perfect!! Leah and Ari guided a slow flow ( my fave) class with poses and cues that were like medicine to my body and peace to my mind. The sound bath was incredible!!! If you have a chance to take a class with 2 moons you should do it because these ladies are both kind and knowledgeable yoga instructors.

Great practice on Saturday morning, i feel it was the perfect balance of stretch and calm. The practice was lead by two lovely young ladies and made everyone feel at home. I will be back! :-)

Such an awesome experience at the Pajama Yoga event! Starting with a gentle flow really helped clear my mind before diving into the vision board workshop. It wasn't just about making a collage; it felt like a genuine space to reflect on what I want for the coming months. Huge thanks to Leah and Ari for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, your classes are my favorite 😍 and Union Coffee has such a great atmosphere. Fred Fish Leg Man is ALIVE! Candlelit gentle yoga.
On a Friday, after a long week. Walking into a cozy room with instructors filled with joy and excitement to lead me through a practice that was created with such beautiful intention to help relax the body and mind. 10/10 would recommend!
